STAGE locations AT ATWOODFEST
1. Clyde Stubblefield Stage is presented by The Bur Oak and Weichert, Realtors - Lakepoint and is located in the United Way parking lot that butts up against Eastwood Drive. Enter the staging area from the entrance at 2059 Atwood Avenue.
2. Luther Allison Stage is presented by the Alchemy Cafe and is located at the corner of Winnebago Street and Atwood Avenue.
3. Sugar Maple Stage is presented by The Lauer Realty Group and located in the the Monty’s parking lot at 2090 Atwood Avenue.
Please do not attempt to enter the festival from anywhere on Eastwood Drive except for the designated crosswalks. Fencing and signage will divert festival goers to the bike racks and crosswalks. Crossing Eastwood Drive at non-designated locations is dangerous and disrupts fast moving traffic.
We encourage festival-goers to bike to the festival if possible; ample bike parking will be available at bike corrals located along the Capital City Bike Trail at Amoth Court and Division Street. Please cross Eastwood Avenue to the festival at those crosswalks There is Madison BCycle parking at the corner of Division Street and Eastwood Drive in the case you don’t have a bike. (Please don’t use shrubs and trees to lock up bikes, that harms their growth.)
PLEASE NOTE Bikes (not locks) that are left behind may be cut from festival fencing after the end of the festival on Sunday night. Please do not lock your bike to "bike rack" fencing surrounding the stages. Bike corrals can be found at locations surrounding AtwoodFest, see above.
Off street parking can be found in the surrounding neighborhood,(;) the 2000 block of Atwood Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic for the duration of the festival.
There are also several bus routes that stop close to the festival – to find out what works best for you and your family, visit Madison Metro's Plan Your Trip
NO PETS ALLOWED: We know your pet likes to party, ours do too but please, for their sake, leave them at home. (Service animals are the exception.)
NEED FIRST AID? Head to the SASY tent located in (front of) the United Way parking lot. Our safety officer Megan Williamson is on staff and can help with injuries larger than a scrape. Find anyone with an orange staff shirt (we don’t know the colors yet) and they can find help. In any true emergency, please call 911.
