Location: EMMCA is a neighbor to the Lake Edge Shopping Center at the corner of Buckeye Road and Monona Drive; there is a fence at the end of the Lake Edge Shopping Center parking lot and EMMCA is directly on the other side of that fence in a large brick ranch-style home structure. Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday General Service area: Bordered on the west by Lake Monona, up to Starkweather Creek heading north on the east side of Hwy 51 (Stoughton Road) north to the Dane Country Airport. The eastern border is Interstate 90/94 south to McFarland and includes the entire city of Monona. We also serve parts of the Town of Burke and the Town of Blooming Grove.
