The East Madison/Monona Coalition of the Aging (EMMCA) is a nonprofit agency providing social services to help area seniors maintain their independence and life satisfaction. EMMCA does this by:
Providing programs and services for senior adults.
Assisting senior adults and their families in accessing services.
Networking with agencies and organizations interested in senior issues and concerns.
EMMCA's Director, Sonya Lindquist, took the ice bucket challenge...twice in one day!

On August 8, County Executive Joe Parisi joined area seniors at the grand opening of EMMCA’s new breakfast program, My Meal My Way. Mr. Parisi sipped coffee, ate organic food and enjoyed mingling with seniors, some of whom came with friends or family who ordered off the regular Cranberry Creek menu. Thank you to all who came out and made our newest meal site a success!
